10. James Joseph Rodden, et al. v. Dr. Anthony Fauci, et al.
A group of federal workers filed a class action lawsuit against Dr. Anthony Fauci and others. They claimed that their constitutional and statutory rights were violated by him and others. NCA Legal confirms that workers took exception to the Federal Employee Vaccine Mandate, requiring all federal workers to receive the Covid-19 vaccine to keep their jobs.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, a member of the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force, drafted the plans for the executive order, which President Joe Biden enforced. Plaintiffs in the case include a host of workers employed by the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Transportation, the US Secret Service, and the Department of Homeland Security. James Rodden and several other federal workers presented evidence of “naturally acquired immunity as confirmed by recent SARS-CoV-2 antibody tests.”
These workers were at reduced risk of contracting or spreading the disease. The lawsuit was filed by NCLA in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Plaintiffs argued that the mandate took away their rights to decline medical treatment losing their rights to “bodily integrity.” Their continued employment with the federal government was contingent upon relinquishing autonomy and the right to choice in the matter. Further, the drugs had not yet received full FDA approval at the time the lawsuit was filed.
9. Attorney Generals for Missouri and Louisiana file suits against Dr. Anthony Fauci
Did Anthony Fauci engage in censorship activity? In May, a lawsuit was filed by the Louisiana and Missouri Attorneys General, claiming that Dr. Anthony Fauci pressured social media companies to monitor and suppress negative content from users. The Biden administration faced a lawsuit alleging the “censorship of free speech”, according to Fox News.
Dr. Fauci became part of a lawsuit targeting the Biden administration for with social media business to censor any speech that was related to the coronavirus pandemic. Allegations that the Biden administration “pressured and colluded with Big Tech social media companies to censor and suppress information” on the President’s son Hunter’s laptop, along with voting via mail at the heart of the pandemic were issues cited in the lawsuit.
Additionally, allegations of governmental collusion to censor free speech on social media regarding the Covid-19 pandemic with Dr. Fauci’s heavy involvement were included in the claims. They claimed that Dr. Fauci had Mark Zuckerberg’s telephone number and served as an intermediary to pressure social media giants to censor comments on their social media sites and inhibit user freedom to share their opinions if they were contrary to the official stance of the Biden Administration’s strategy on managing the spread of the virus.
As a result of the investigation and its findings, the court ordered that Dr. Anthony Fauci must be deposed from his position as medical advisor to the President. He will step down from the post in December 2022.
8. Has Dr. Anthony Fauci been transparent about his financial disclosures?
Open The Books confirms that Judicial Watch stepped in to file a lawsuit based on the Freedom of Information Act, for disclosure of financial records with NIH royalty payments to its employees. The US Department of Health and Human Services is named as a plaintiff in the legal action.
Three previous requests to the HHS’s National Institutes of Health failed to fully comply and render the requested documents from the start of 2021 through September of that year. Specifically, records about the royalties paid to Dr. Anthony Fauci. Plaintiffs in the case requested all NIH employment contracts, addendums, and modifications since Fauci became the director of the NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
They also demand confidentiality documents, economic interest disclosures, conflict documents, and daily calendars. They also requested a complete list of royalties paid to NIH workers while employed with the feds. The plaintiffs further add that “No one is above the law including Dr. Anthony Fauci,” and that the political power he’s enjoyed requires full and transparent disclosure to the American public. Currently, Fauci is the highest-paid federal employee on the books.
Some disturbing details including payments to the Wuhan Institute of Virology for 2014 collaborations and funding of just under $1 billion for bat coronavirus research from 2014 through 2019, authorized by Fauci are areas of concern.
7. Did Anthony Fauchi infringe upon academic freedom and civil liberties?
Unheard reports that Jay Bhattacharya filed a legal case against Anthony Fauci for suppressing free speech. He and two other academics published a work titled “The Great Barrington Declaration” in 2020. They challenged Covid policies, but experienced censorship of their views and opinions on social media.
Restrictions became more stringent, although their research and opinions are scientifically based. They claim that Anthony Fauci is the ringleader in his role as Advisor to the President and that he colluded with social media companies to “quell scientific views which opposed government lockdown measures.”
They claim the conspiracy “extends to the highest levels of power in Washington.” Suppression and a degree of challenge that potentially tarnished the reputation of the authors occurred as a result of the government’s influence over social media giants in pressuring them to censor the viewpoints of citizens and influence public opinion.
The lawsuit has the potential to become historic in challenging governmental overreach in the influence of public opinion to support their views.
6. Complaint lodged against Dr. Anthony Fauci in Pike County
The Pike County Courier explains that a lawsuit filed by an anonymous attorney revealed that a 219-page civil complaint named Dr. Anthony Fauci as the defendant in a class action suit that alleged he committed “crimes against humanity and other charges.”
Although considered a frivolous complaint, it was initiated simply by plaintiffs “We The People.” Other defendants named in the case were the US Food and Drug Administration, the Secretary of Health and Human Services serving during the Trump administration, Pfizer, Moderna, and others.
The legal action served as an alert to bring attention to the concerns that some felt about the way that the pandemic was being handled. The slew of documents requested includes all documentation of grants, contracts, and financial information related to foreign entities, government agencies research organizations, and academic institutions in their collaboration to run tests and medical experiments on beagle dogs.

They claim that millions of dollars in taxes went to the Chinese lab to conduct experiments on “bats, pigs, and other animals.” They were categorized as “painful and dangerous,” related to coronavirus. T
hey further suggest the experiments they conducted led to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic that raised the world. If evidence gets turned up confirming cruelty in the use of the funds, it’s a violation of federal law. The potential impact on the NIH and Dr. Fauci himself is enormous.
There are other groups including Beagle protection groups clamoring for the release of documents.
2. Multiple WCW lawsuits for FOIA requests to stop the Wuhan funding
Two WCW FOIA requests were filed by the agency in an attempt to stop them from sending US tax dollars to the Wuhan Animal Lab. The list of plaintiffs is growing as the truth about the origin of Covid-19 is starting to become more questionable.
It’s alleged that experiments in China may have been to create more deadly versions of the coronavirus. Email correspondence between Fauci and officials in Wuhan’s Animal Lab is the focus of their attention.
Criminal allegations include the extermination of lab survivors and selling their flesh to markets for human consumption. Feeding survivors to piglets, encouraging cannabilism, and removing piglets just 3 days old from their mothers. Also, starving them during the experiments.
Just when you thought you’d heard the worst, the news leak is even harder for animal lovers to tolerate. The gross violations of animal cruelty laws made possible by funding from US tax dollars are a little more than most can live with.

It’s a continuation of the agencies’ attempts to hold Dr. Anthony Fauci accountable. The power he wielded over the American public grants them the right to access his activities. The Hollywood Conservative suggests that the government may start releasing the previously hidden documents shortly.
